Welcome to Hello Skincare’s Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with you to promote our products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before joining our affiliate program.
Agreement: By signing up to be an affiliate of Hello Skincare, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Affiliate Approval: We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion. We may reject your application if we determine that your website, social media presence, or promotional methods are not suitable for our brand.
Promotional Methods: As an affiliate, you may promote our products/services through approved methods including but not limited to:
Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in the following activities as an affiliate:
Commission Structure: You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link. Unless otherwise stated, the cash commission earned is 10% per order.
Payment: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis and are paid exclusively through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, you must set one up in order to be paid commission.
Cookie Duration: Your affiliate tracking cookie will remain active for a duration of 7 days, during which any purchases made by the referred customer will be eligible for commission.
Intellectual Property: You may use our logos, branding, and promotional materials provided by us solely for the purpose of promoting our products/services as an affiliate. You may not modify, distribute, or use our intellectual property for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
Term and Termination: This agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the affiliate program and will continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued participation in the affiliate program after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.S. law.

Hello Skincare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
